As the 4th largest private school in the country, BU’s extensive resources and unique location in the Fenway area of Boston offers one of the best opportunities for endless city life and internship possibilities.
BU’s very urban campus, which sits adjacent to the Charles River, is situated in the heart of the city with very close access to all the highlights, including the Fenway Park and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.
All business students earn a degree in Business Administration and Management. They, however, have up to 17 concentrations to choose from, including a few multidisciplinary ones, like health and life sciences.
The “BU Hub,” which is their core curriculum, requires 6 different categories to fulfill, including foreign language.
Standout Points
They have 300 programs in 10 different schools/colleges, including their renown College of Fine Arts, which alone offers 30 programs of study in the fine arts discipline.
BU offers FYSOP - First Year Student Outreach Project, which provides a week long community service project with other first year students. It’s a great opportunity to serve others and bond with fellow first year students.
A majority of the student body, which of whom 20% are international, live on campus all four years. This is remarkable for a population of BU’s size.
